What is Digital Citizenship??
Digital citizenship is the appropriate and responsible use of technology.
Is Digital Citizenship important to our students?
The answer is...Yes! It is very important to teach our students to be good digital citizens and an early age. That is why most Kindergarten classes begin teaching online safety and teachers begin teaching passwords. Parents and teachers can never really fully control the technology use of their students. Digital Citizenship is why they need to know the importance of usernames, passwords and keeping safe while being on the web.
